Minnesota Boy's Ice Cream Stand Shut Down, Plus Walz's Family Recipe Goes Viral
Charity Ice Cream Stand Shut Down
State officials have shut down a popular ice cream stand run by a 7-year-old boy in Plymouth, Minnesota.
The stand, called "Jack's Stand," had been operating for just a few weeks and raised over $3,000 for the family of a friend with cancer.
However, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) ordered the stand to close, saying it did not have the proper permits and was operating in an unsanitary manner.
